OG wins ESL One Malaysia

ESL One Malaysia 2022 concluded on August 28. OG and Team Aster met in the grand final.

Team Aster took first place in Group A and reached the grand final through the upper grid. OG won Group B but lost to Secret in the first round of the upper bracket and made it to the grand final via the lower bracket, taking revenge on Secret in the lower bracket final.

In the best-of-5 grand final, OG won all three maps without losing a single one. The final score was 3-0 in favor of the team from Europe.

ESL One Malaysia 2022 had a prize pool of $400,000. The tournament was not part of the DPC system.
