Jensen Released from Team Liquid

Team Liquid have announced that Nicolaj "Jensen" Jensen is no longer part of their League of Legends roster. The player has not revealed his plans for future but explained that now he does not have a buyout.

26-years-old Dannish midlaner Jensen has been playing for Team Liquid since late 2018, and last year he extended his contract for another three years. This season he helped the team to win LCS Lock-In, as well as to place second at both the spring and summer splits of LCK. Later, however, failed to make it out of the group stage of 2021 World Championship, placing 12-13th at the event.

Earlier Jensen revealed that he might not compete on the professional level next year. However, his departure from Team Liquid gives him time to find a new team before the start of the next season.
