OG to Compete at ESL One Birmingham

Tournament organizer ESL has announced a forced change in the participant lineup for the Birmingham tournament.

In the official announcement, it's stated that 1win was unable to obtain visas by the ESL's set deadline. Consequently, the team was withdrawn from the competition. Since Virtus.pro, who finished third in the Eastern Europe qualifiers, also did not have visas to participate in the tournament, ESL turned to OG.

The club, which finished second in the Western Europe qualifiers, confirmed they have UK visas and has joined the ESL One Birmingham participant lineup.

ESL One Birmingham, with a total prize pool of $1,000,000, will take place in the United Kingdom from April 22 to 28. Twelve teams will participate in the tournament: Gaimin Gladiators, BB Team, Xtreme Gaming, Team Liquid, Tundra Esports, OG, Team Spirit, Team Falcons, G2.iG, Talon Esports, Shopify Rebellion, HEROIC.
