r1nkle Moves from B8 to NiP

Ninjas in Pyjamas have announced the signing of a new player. The club has welcomed a 19-year-old sniper from B8.

r1nkle started his professional career in 2020 and played for B8 from August 2021 until April 2, 2024. Alongside the team, the sniper won a series of small online tournaments, with the best result being 2nd place at ESEA Season 44: Advanced Division - Europe. B8 has yet to announce a replacement for the player.

For Ninjas in Pyjamas, this is the fourth player in the lineup, with plans to complete the roster shortly. The team is represented by REZ, alex, maxster, and r1nkle, with Xizt as the coach.

In February 2024, Ninjas in Pyjamas failed to qualify for the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, finishing last in European RMR A. Following this, the club made significant changes to the lineup: k0nfig, es3tag, and headtr1ck were benched, while haste and coach djL left the club. In March, the club signed coach Xizt and promoted maxster from Young Ninjas to the main roster.

The first tournament for the updated lineup is set to be the Thunderpick World Championship 2024: European Series #1 on April 3.
