Playoff Stage Set for IEM Chengdu

Following the conclusion of the last group stage matches today at Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2024, all six playoff participants of the tournament have been determined.

Advancing to the single-elimination playoff semifinals are the group winners — MOUZ in Group A (2:0 against Team Liquid) and Astralis in Group B (2:0 against Virtus.pro). Consequently, Team Liquid and Virtus.pro will start from the quarterfinals, facing third-place teams: FaZe Clan and G2 Esports.

The playoff matches will begin on April 12, with a detailed schedule available here. All playoff matches will be conducted in a best-of-3 format. The tournament winner will not only receive $100,000 out of a total prize pool of $250,000 but also an invitation to IEM Cologne 2024.
